Do you ship worldwide?

Unfortunately, not at the moment, products ship within the United Kingdom. For shipping updates follow me on Instagram and Facebook for updates on shipping.

How is my order shipped?

All orders are shipped first class via Royal Mail.

Do you accept returns?

I try to keep returns to a minimum, however if you're not 100% happy with your purchase, clothing doesn’t fit etc please contact me with your order number and reason for return. I will email you the address to send your purchase back to. I am unable cover the price of shipping it back to me (unless it arrived damaged or faulty) due to this being a small business, I hope you understand.

How is my order packaged?

All art prints and totes bags are posted in A4 do not bed envelopes.

Why hasn't my order been dispatched / arrived yet?

I am a one-person business, orders are posted twice a week at minimum, if you are concerned about the status of your order email hello@scribblesbysophie.co.uk to check it’s status, please include your order number.

Can I change my delivery address?

If you want to change your address you must get in contact hello@scribblesbysophie.co.uk immediately with your order number I cannot refund an order if it’s been lost due to an incorrect address.

Why is it sold out?

I only have limited stock of some items, once items are sold out you they will not be available for purchase until the next restock.

When are you restocking?

For restocking updates follow me on Instagram and Facebook where I will announce restock dates and new product drops.
